JoAnn is a writer, performer and public speaker. She has appeared on stage, in comercials, music videos, industrials and films. She was an on-air personality and frequent event emcee for WAMB radio in Nashville Tennessee. She has spoken on women's issues, including domestic violence and sexual abuse, and held 'self image improvement' workshops. She has done voiceovers, historical character improvisation, storytelling, and singing.
JoAnn's fiction, non-fiction articles, and poems have appeared in San Juan City Magazine, Journal of Systems Management, Contact Magazine, The Little Peoples Press, Collinsville News, several poetry anthologie, and she was a winner in The Storyteller Magazine's 2005 Writing on Walls short story contest. The Writing On Walls anthology is available at The Storyteller.
JoAnn's interests have come together for her latest project, an audio book entitled "Winds of Change," an interweaving of stories and songs performed, as well as written by JoAnn.
